It is important to keep in mind the protocols that comes with this very important life path milestone. There are protocols that must be observed by both initiates and initiators. Initiation in Ifa/Orisa – Part I
In Traditional Ifa/Orisa, initiation is a process of inducting someone, irrespective of their age, sex, race, into the mysteries of a particular Orisa through various ritual rites of passage according to the lineage of the presiding priests and priestesses. This intricate ceremony aligns the initiates with their destiny and, amongst other things, will reveal taboos which have been negatively impacting the their life.

One thing is clear, both Ori-Inu and Ori-Apere must be in harmony to ensure success in life. If you have made the best of the choices in terms of Ori-Apere, that is Akunleyan, Akunlegba and Ayanmo and if you have chosen a bad Ori-Inu, that is if you do not have good character, you will not be able to actualize the potentials of your Ori-Apere.
