Yeye Ifakemi Osundunke Bogunmbe

Yeye Ifakemi Osundunke Bogunmbe was born into the prominent Isese (Traditional Yoruba) family of Araba Fagbemi Adedotun Fajobi and Chief (Mrs) Jekayinfa Fajobi (Iya Ijo of Ijo Orunmila Adulawo Mushin Lagos). Her father is Araba of Mushin land, Lagos State, Nigeria. Her late maternal grandfather Araba Fayinka Odutolu was the Araba of Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria.
During the Esentaye done for Yeye Ifakemi at birth, Ifa revealed that she is a strong member of Egbe Orun (Heavenly Mates), and her parents were instructed to trace her spiritual path back to Egbe Orun in order to ease her with life challenges.
Having trained with western Education as a professional Teacher, Yeye Ifakemi also focused on her training as a Priestess in the Ifa/Orisa Tradition. She is initiated into the priesthoods of Egbe Orun, Ifa, Orisanla, Osun as well as some others. She has been fortunate to train with Elders from all across Yorubaland and today initiates and teach many people in Yorubaland and the diaspora. She is happily married to Awise Adewale Bogunmbe with children.
